This notice explains how Gadget Habits uses assessment and payment information.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Gadget Habits is operated by Nova Marketing Labs LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of Florida, United States of America. Registration No. L26000265137; EIN: 42-2583694. Address: 900 N Federal Hwy, Ste 306, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA. Nova Marketing Labs LLC is responsible for the personal data processed through this service. For privacy questions, contact support@novamarketinglabs.org.

2. Information collected

Assessment information includes your age band, motivation, device preference, reported usage time, goal, answers to the 22 questions, scores and recommendations. Some answers concern sleep, feelings and relationships; consider their personal nature before sharing them.

Contact and purchase information includes the email address you enter, selected currency, price, checkout references and payment status. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s payment fields.

3. Why information is used

Assessment answers are used to calculate your report and show recommendations. Email and payment references support checkout and confirmation of payment status.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Stripe processes payments, including Link when available.

Stripe receives the information needed to process checkout. Its privacy policy explains how it handles payment information.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions.

For a privacy request, write to support@novamarketinglabs.org and describe the request. Please do not include card numbers or security codes in your message.

6. Security and children

The application uses owner-token checks for assessment access, a payment check before displaying the full report and separate administrator authentication. These controls reduce unauthorized access risks, but no system can guarantee complete security.

The assessment is intended for people aged 18 and older. An under-18 response blocks further assessment access.
