Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

These terms describe how the Gadget Habits assessment and paid report work.

1. About Gadget Habits

Gadget Habits provides an online self-assessment about the use of phones, tablets, computers and other screen-based devices. It includes 22 questions, an overall score, a breakdown across five areas and suggestions for reflection.

Gadget Habits is operated by Nova Marketing Labs LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of Florida, United States of America. Registration No. L26000265137; EIN: 42-2583694. Address: 900 N Federal Hwy, Ste 306, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, USA.

2. Who the assessment is for

The assessment is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide your own answers and accurate age information. You do not need to create a customer account.

3. Understanding your result

Your report is generated from the answers you submit using the assessment’s scoring rules. It describes your reported habits; it does not diagnose addiction or any medical or psychological condition and is not a substitute for professional assessment or treatment.

Scores are not population rankings, clinical cutoffs or predictions of future behaviour. Suggestions are optional and do not guarantee improvements in sleep, focus, relationships or device use.

4. Price and payment

Access to the full report requires the one-time payment displayed at checkout, in the currency you select. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge for this purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary. A payment attempt does not unlock the report until the service confirms successful payment.

5. Access to your report

The report opens in the browser used for the assessment, using a browser cookie to verify access. Keep that cookie and use the same browser to return to your report. A report URL alone does not grant access.

Clearing browser data, using private browsing or switching devices may prevent access. You can use the report’s print option to print it or save it as a PDF. Entering an email address does not currently create an account or guarantee an emailed report or cross-device access.

6. Payment problems and consumer rights

If payment fails or remains pending, check the payment status before trying again. Keep your payment reference if you need help with a duplicate charge or an inaccessible report.

For payment problems or refund requests, contact support@novamarketinglabs.org with your payment reference. These terms do not exclude mandatory refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s answers or report, bypass payment or access controls, disrupt the service or submit malicious requests.

You may save or print your own report for personal use. Do not present an assessment result as a professional diagnosis or a certified clinical evaluation.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or third-party service outages. Features and assessment wording may change; keep a copy of a report if you want to refer to that version later.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or alter the price already paid for an existing purchase.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes assessment and payment information used by the service. Read it before submitting information about yourself.
